What is it?

Quick Start

On Okta dashboard, Click on Loom

Some users have reported issues with video playback while connected to the Roche VPN. For optimal app performance and to avoid any video playback issues, it’s advisable to disconnect from Roche VPN while using this app.

Access Levels & Limits:

• Currently there are three access levels admin, creator and viewer
• We have 25 paid license for admin and creator
• There is unlimited viewer license but they can record video only for 5 mins
• You can get only creator or viewer access. admin is only for ACE-Infra Team

Access Request and Logon:

• Raise CIDM to add youself to either gred-loom-ace-creator or gred-loom-ace-viewer
• Be mindful and request creator only if you need it otherwise request for viewer access
• Once CIDM request is complete. Logon to https://sso.gred.ai —> select Loom or direct url

Workspace Overview:

• Workspace is the logic seperation between different teams
• ACE team has one workspace named gRED ECDi AI Cloud Engineering (ACE)
• A new workspace will not be created for each team. All ECDi ACE can use the same workspace
• Each team’s video should be stored in folders created for each team
• You can download desktop app using this url
